With this in mind, yesterday we launched a brand new initiative for our office staff: the BTX program.\r\n\r\nThe day marked the kick-off of a project designed to promote the overall health of our more sedentary staff. Thanks to this unique program, participants will have access to an innovative, concrete and personalized approach enabling them to integrate more movement and better habits into their daily work lives.\r\n\r\nFor this first day, we were privileged to welcome a team of health professionals on site. These experts met individually with participants for an initial assessment, a key step towards implementing a plan tailored to their needs.\r\n\r\nThis kind of initiative is part of our drive to create a healthy, motivating and humane workplace. We sincerely believe that this program will have a positive impact on both the morale and performance of our team.\r\n\r\nOne thing's for sure: the energy was high.
